We have kept coming back to this Resort and this is our 5th trip. We first arrived in June 2011 and loved our stay. We could hardly find fault in anything and thought it really is a wee Paradise to come on holiday to. However, we did notice how the rooms were a little rundown and that the bathroom smelt.... More

It's always hard rating what are classified as four star accommodations in different countries. Four stars in Paris, Sydney, Milan or New York, can only the compared in a few basic ways in places such as Candidasa Bali, Apia Samoa or Kathmandu Nepal. Plus, you have to accept that not everything is necessarily going to happen "now" or work "first... More

I stayed here with family and enjoyed it all tremendously. My daughter and I were almost put off by some of the reviews here, but we're glad we were not swayed. Some other reviewer complained about the sound of renovations, but the noise was negligible, just a gentle chipping. Our apartment was spotless and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed... More

My husband and I returned after 18 months to find quite a few changes for the better. The garden has been trimmed just enough to give privacy and more shade is available around the bar and pool areas. Our room had much better plumbing than our last visit also. The staff were just beautiful and it's worth staying here just... More

Our first time to Candidasa and we spent a week at Bali Palms as a time share promotion. For the little price we paid for the week, it was fine. The room and kitchenette we had was quite tired which we were prepared for by reading other reviews, however was suitable for a family of 4, with 2 young children.... More

My husband and I checked out of here early and we are not picky when it comes to hotels however this place is falling apart and we couldn't ignore it. The kitchen sink was leaking, no hot water in the shower, every time we flushed the toilet there was a putrid smell.....which lingered the entire stay.... We knew there was... More

Lovely relaxing holiday. We spent two weeks at this hotel. Excellent accommodation. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, lovely pool. Excellent food at the restaurant and delicious cocktails at the bar (two for the price of one at Happy Hour every day). I loved relaxing on the sunbeds under an umbrella, looking out towards the little islands and reading my book. Bliss!... More

The moment we stepped foot in this resort, we were truly amazed! The staff greeted us with wide smiles and friendliness and from then on, ensured that our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as it could be! The pool is massive, and the open bar beside the pool is a refreshing idea. The restaurant and service is also second... More
