We have just returned from a week at the Resort Mellorosa.. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. After reading the review that Mr Shubham posted I felt it was my duty to tell readers that the writer did book two (three night and four day) packages at Resort Mello Rosa from December 28th 2008 to January 1st 2009. He was made aware of our cancellation policy before the booking was made. He then paid the initial installment...
