The 5 Seasons was a super pleasant surprise! Helpful and friendly staff, pretty gardens and pool, very comfortable room with a spacious balcony, safe private parking. This boutique guesthouse is located in a beautiful residential area, close to downtown Stellenbosch. We simply loved it!

Very tasteful furnished villa, extremely good situated in walking distance to Stellenbosch downtown. Rich breakfast buffet, tendered by nice personnel. Two of the guest rooms can be reached only by rather steep outside stairs. Nearby Lanzerac Hotel & Spa houses an excellent restaurant (8 min walk).

A great spot on a quiet residential street in Stellenbosch. We were travelling with a 7 month old baby so not always easy. Rosemary was extremely accommodating and they even held our baby while we had breakfast. They put a camp cot in our room and also washed baby clothes for us....a huge help. They don't usually cater for babies... More

My husband and myself along with our 2 grown up daughters recently stayed at this accommodation. We were greeted warmly and shown to beautifully appointed and decorated clean rooms. The choice of breakfast was immense and the service outstanding. Although a little out of town, it was an easy drive having a rental car and in a fabulous, tree lined... More

We had stayed at 5seasons various times when it still belonged to other owners. This time it was the best stay ever. The rooms have been nicely renovated, are beautifully decorated and luxurious. Some of them have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. If you don't mind going up some steps, go for the rooms on the top floor overlooking... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the 5 Seasons guesthouse! Rosemarie helped us with everything we requested - fantastic! Only remarks: The Honeymoon Suite had just one window showing the parking lot - so we had to Close the curtains for most of the time. To get into town you need to walk 20 min or take a car... This is a bit of a tricky one to review as it felt like a mix between a lovely place and a make-shift lodge. So, instead of saying that it was amazing or terrible , I will let the reader decide, depending on what's important to them. Here are the things we enjoyed: 1) The location is great. It's in... More

although we had an upgrade to the chief room , our family would have had a very pleasant stay at his convienient STELLENBOSCH and LANZERAC located guesthouse even in a standard room. Besides nice swimming pool , the breakfast was very , very good .

I stayed for a week to visit a conference. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed. The ensuite bathroom was generous, with shower and bath tub, and modern layout and decoration. Breakfast was excellent, service was courteous, and the staff quick and friendly with help. The location is lovely, but a bot out of town. It's still walkable to the... More
