My wife and I recently [July 10-11] stayed at the Wigwam. The resort is gorgeous, however the rooms must be vacant quite frequently in the summer, because in our room was2 giant roaches and a lizard. We were then moved to a second room which was occupied by 2 more giant roaches and a caterpillar which I was told was... more

The grounds at the Wigwam are lovely, but my room was old and tired, and the sheets felt more like sandpaper than linens one expects at a 4-star resort. At $350 per night I was disgusted to learn that internet access and use of the exercise facilities were extra. more

Vacationed in Arizona to watch Spring training Baseball. The Wigwam is a very pleasant Resort. Each Casita is slightly different but each has a very nice presence. We enjoyed our Casita as it was large (750SqFt) The grounds were magnificent, the Staff very nice without being intrusive. The pool was great for Families and adults. Not deep - 4Ft max... more

My husband turned 50 so he and I and 4 friends had the pleasure of staying at the Wigwam Resort last weekend. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Golfing was great,3 wonderful courses to choose from, we played all three. Food, wine and martinis were very generous and made to perfection. more

My husband recently attended a conference at the Wigwam and I went along to relax. The resort was very well maintained. Everyday we saw many workers keeping the place spotless. The service was impeccable. When we called to the office for something, someone was at our door within minutes. The food was wonderful every place we ate. I can't say... more

This hotel me and my fiancee stayed at for one night and found the hotel to be interesting. The setup is really spread out and the grounds are nice. The rooms themselves can definitely use some updating. For it being a Luxury Collection hotel you would expect a little bit more luxury. We actually lucked out and got a suite... more

We stayed at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa for 4 days/3 nights during the Kids Golf Tournament in Dec '08. My girls and I had our doubts about the resort due to the age of the buildings (built late 1920's) but we decided to stay at the resort for the convenience. We are experienced travelers (appx 15 to 20... more

I recently traveled to Litchfiel Park Arizonia with my 13 yer old daughter who was playing in a Jr. golf tournament. The tournament was being played at the Red course on the Wigwam property. Coming from Florida we were not prepared for the frigid tempatures we encountered. One moring there was frost on the windshild of our rental car. The... more

This hotel was once owned by the Goodyear tire corporation and the resort grounds were used for their corporate clients and workers. The hotel gets great reviews and in some places it is deemed as a 4 to 5 star hotel. My family and I were looking forward to the resort and were willing to pay the top dollar. When... more

First of all, the grounds are lovely, its certainly the main draw here! When we checked in ( 2 ladies ) and asked if we wanted assistance with luggage, we said no need, we had only small bags. What they really did not elaborate on was, parking was NOT too close to our room. Having said that, we got to... more
