Great location, great hosts and a beautiful house. We had the self catering unit at the front of the house, it was spotlessly clean, very quiet and simply furnished. My husband's only complaint was the lack of a TV but I was secretly really pleased. The breakfasts on the terrace were stunning, the house has a wonderful view across the... More

What a beautiful find. We stayed at the Yot Club, Oudtshoorn mid March for one night and were amazed at the high standard we received. We were given choice of rooms and went for the honeymoon suite with its own private outdoor seating area, views from the patio door into the gardens, king size bed and crisp white bed linen.There... We visited South Africa for two weeks in March and Yotclub had the best breakfast and the most beautiful private garden among all the guesthouses/b&bs/hotels we've stayed in. Unlike most of the other guesthouses on the street, Yotclub is located in an internal road so street noise is kept to a minimum. There is a very well kept garden at... More

Just off the main road from Outdshoorn to the Cango caves but all city noises stop as soon as you enter the beautiful grounds. The rooms may not be huge, but you just feel good here. The grounds around the small pool and down to the otter dam are meticulously and lovingly kept. The owners are great in guiding you... More

Great setting for a guest house. We were lucky enough to have the garden room, opening out on to their lovely grounds, with great views over parts of Oudtshoorn. Liz and Des couldn't have been more helpful, particularly in looking after our things when we were out for the day the following day, and finding one of our phone chargers!... More

If you a planning a trip to South Africa you really should make it a must to stay at the Yotclub in Oudtshoorn where Des and Liz look after you like members of the family. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The rooms are furnished to a high standard with beautiful linen. What can I say about the breakfasts.... More

We stayed at the Yotclub for 2 nights and Des & Liz made us so welcome. The house is really charming. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the gardens. Des's breakfasts are not to be missed! The guesthouse is situated near a number of very nice restaurants, which are only a few minutes walk away. We... More

After last staying at Yotclub 2 years ago, I was excited to visit again. I was pleased to see that the quality, friendliness, cleanliness and, of course, perfect sunsets were all still very much present! Looking forward to my next trip.

A family group of 4 adults and 2 small children, we were very warmly greeted and very well looked after. Yotclub has a perfect location, central in town, within safe walking distance of many restaurants, but in quiet side road with secure parking and the most idyllic garden you will ever see. The 'old colonial' style house has a wonderful... More
