A very good 3 star hotel with friendly and efficient service. Comfortable rooms and real value for moeny. Breakfast could be a little bit better, as you got the sister hotel opposie. Group hotel, therefore it could be noisy at times. Position excellent for Waterfront

Dirty, smelly, and the sofa even for small children really uncomfortable, pictures at the website looks much better. Good things: friendly staff an extraordinary look location, and free wi-fi. if you don't mind that looks and feel dirty, but if you travel with small children like us, I will not recomend

We meant to stay for 1 night but ended up staying 3 nights. Friendly caring staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Beautiful inside garden and great pool to sit and have a drink. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to everything. See you next year!

I travel the Garden Route often for Business and i always make my way to Graywood lodge. Neat, clean, well priced, great pool and breakfast excellent. Staff are excellent and always willing to help. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and whilst it has a great location it falls short on the room size which we found both dark and not very private.The building is of one story contruction and mainly built from wood.The ground floor offers a small pool area the reception and secure garaging.We enjoyed a good spread of choices... the rooms are very small that no space to move in the room. rooms are smelly and bathrooms are also very small . needs better maintenance and lots of improvement. breakfast was good. totally not very much satisfied with the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom could have done with updating. The breakfast was pretty good in a nice setting and the staff fine. Car parking was safe and secure. The pool area looked relaxing although we didn't get time to use it. Probably somewhere between a 3 and 4 really but better than average.
