I was also on the Saga tour with my husband. This was a great hotel, very friendly staff, and the rooms were suites with a balcony. Restaurant very good, food excellent. Manager very attentive. Lovely setting. Best hotel on the tour without a doubt.

A little disapointed with the quality of this hotel. The location does not permit you to see the lagoon. The rooms are not bad, but expected better. Breakfast was average as well was service generally. I think that there are much better options in Knysna.
