stayed one night here in a room next to the pool.lovely spacious room,tastefully decorated,with all the necessary amenities.breakfast facilities across the road were adequate.pool looked inviting,but a bit too cold at this time of the year in south africa.

A superbly situated, aesthetically pleasing guest house with friendly, competent staff. Close to the historic Old Harbour, cliff paths, whale viewing sites, good restaurants, interesting little shops.

spent one night here in a garden room.excellent. very large room ...well furnished with a little balcony overlooking the garden. very peaceful and quiet.breakfast was across the road in a restaurant...was very good too.

Perfect little piece of Provence, loved it! Would go there again anytime. Very quiet and piecefull with a smell of Lavender. You can see all types of birds drinking from special coloured bottles. You need definitely to experience it.

We had a perfect weekend at the Auberge. Our room was spotless,, spacious and very comfortable. There was much attention to detail to provide this, namely the bedding, bedside tables, lighting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

this was our second visit. the rooms are big and very clean. the suites are a little bit noisy, because of neighbours and at 6.00am loud wasteman every day. i would recommend the gardenrooms with balcony, very nice and peaceful.

We arrived on our Harley Davidsons on route to the Karoo. Arrived in a very wet and cold Hermanus. The staff was very helpful, rooms lovely and comfy warm beds. The location is great and so was the breakfast over the road. Will be back. Ina
