There are many 5 star hotels but what sets The Last Word apart is the incredible service. Nothing is too much trouble but its also a very personal and subtle service. The staff ( especially Sam, Beautiful and Neville) are exceptional. I would definitly return here, and for a longer stay sp i could spend more time in the hotel!

Fabulous food (and lots of it), nicely presented and very reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive and helpful, would highly recommend this place for high tea. The gardens are gorgeous and pretty decor inside.

Relaxed hide away. Tessa runs this guest house and she creates a relaxed atmosphere. Make sure to book room number 5, it has it's own pool! The rooms are luxurious and well kept. Breakfast is good and the mini bar is free. Well worth a try.

Our beautiful room and the stunning gardens were a welcome haven after driving over 500K. We stayed for a week in the Last Word Bishopscourt. For some reason they have opened and closed this hotel several times in the last year. On our experience it would be tragic if others could not enjoy the luxury, pampering and views that we revelled in. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping centers and all the Constantia wineries.... More

We stayed for 2 nights at The Last Word in Constantia and we had the most amazing time. The staff were so friendly and the room was beyond our expectations.
