We had an early dinner - lunch menu until 5:00. $19 for fish & chips and $17 for shepherds pie seemed very expensive for a lunch menu, but no complaints about the food or service. Great patio and live music at 4:00, so an enjoyable time.

Warm welcome from Inge und Jutta. Valuable tips for the dinner. Welcome drink...was very welcomed by the heat :) We had a room with a fantastic view on Table Mountain incl. private terrace, otherwise the guests can also use the roof terrace which is offering a terrific view on CT. The room arrangement was basic (dont expect top design) incl.... More

Incredibly beautiful B & B in the lovely neighborhood Waterfront, Cape Town. The B & B is run by two very nice and hospitable German sisters. Every morning they asked the guests what their plans were for the day and gave them many tips to make the day a success. Great! Our room was very spacious and very tastefull decorated,... More

The owners keep their standard over the years!!! so if you go there, be assured to enjoy all the merits you have read about Cedric's Lodge on... More

You can hardly find a better place to start a city tour at Cape Town: all around are beautiful shops, nice restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, the quarter is PERFECTLY SAFE, you can stroll around, walk to the places... This place is not as “über-sensational” as it looks on the website, but it’s still a VERY nice B&B. The management is German, and all the guests were German-speaking too when we stayed there. It’s a little bit pricey, but the location is as good as it gets in Cape Town. It’s located in the very safe Waterkant area between... More
