We stayed 4 nights at 29 Jarvis which ended up being the perfect place for my husband and I. 29 Jarvis has a great patio with a mini pool, two large rooms, 2 baths, kitchen, washer/dryer and living room. The space was beyond what we needed but the place was gorgeous and so comforting after a long day of hiking... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Waterkant Cottages. Very conveniently located in the city: walking distance to V&A Waterfront (not more than 15 min) and easy drive to Table Mountain and beyond (Hout Bay, Cape Point, Simonstown, Boulders etc). The cottage was very well equipped: full kitchen supplies, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, etc. No dish washer though, but don't... More

We stayed there with our 1 1/2 year old while I ran the Two Oceans Marathon. The location is in a fantastic quaint neighborhood with small restaurants, grocery stores and an ice park. The accomodations were luxurious --- we especially liked that we had not only a rooftop deck but a small outdoor patio with grill. We easily found street... More

We stayed at 4 Bayview Terrace where one gets 360 degree views of the V&A Waterfront, the harbour, CBD, table mountain and Signal hill above you off their rooftop deck. From your bedrooms you can either look onto the harbour or table mountain! What a choice!!! The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. The beds and linen are awesome.... More

We spent 5 nights at 110 Waterkant Cottage, it was awesome, from the first impression of the staff, they're very helpful, not complicated, up to the cottage, 3 stories cottage with stunning view of Table Mountain, well equipped, clean, very central location, easy access to almost every city attractions, walking distant to Cape Quarter, lovely surrounding, there's only one thing... We stayed in 75 Loader street as 2 couples and couldn'tve been more impressed. We booked online well in advance and from the start, professionalism and ease was the order of the day. A friendly warm welcome on the day of arrival. The cottage was perfect! It was spacious, light, airy, clean, safe, comfortable and well-appointed, furnished with a gorgeous... More

This unit is managed by De Waterkant Cottages: http://www.yourcapetown.co.za/accommodation/cape-town/2-bayview-terrace.html We stayed in this beautiful, three-bedroom home for 10 nights with two other couples and loved it. We'd return in a heartbeat. Great location with clean design overlooking the harbor on one side with Table Mountain views on the other. (Keep in mind it is on the hillside so there's a... More

6 of us stayed here for a wonderful week in Cape Town in September 2013. The accommodation was clean and well presented. Beautiful large bedrooms and excellent communal areas. Only a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront and in a nice little area with cafes, bars, a small shopping mall and a convenience store. Great base for exploring.

Stayed at 23 Loader Street for four nights, & would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect little house for a couple, with a well-equipped kitchen, a stylishly furnished dining room/living room, a small washer/dryer, satellite TV & a very nice, comfortable bedroom. (Note that this is a one-bedroom house meant for two adults, not a family.) The rooftop... More

Stayed at 75 Loader. Parking is VERY limited, construction all around the property. Never felt unsafe, but wouldn't venture out after dark. The property seemed under managed. Things were broken, light switch, hot water in one bath, washing machine. If all you need is a place to sleep, not a bad spot, but if you want holiday feel best to... More

Thank you for your feedback. De Waterkant is unique in having the feel of a small village yet it is located right in the CBD. Although we do still benefit from free street parking and most guests do find parking right outside their properties, at times, like any other city, parking during business hours can be limited, however there is...
