Cape Town was our last stop on your 3 week journey through South Africa. Jardin d'Ebene is a lovely place to relax and a perfect starting point for getting to know the city, we stayed for 6 nights. Its a very safe area and also very close to a lot of scenic restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere is very... More

This is an amazing guesthouse in Cape Town. We arrived just before new years, and stayed here for 5 nights. Roland and his wife are very good hosts of this venue you cannot stay in a more relaxed, cosy place. The rooms are wonderful and clean. The staff is very nice, polite and friendly. It s a small guesthouse but... More

We stayed at Jardin d'Ebene for 3 nights at the beginning of a 2 week trip to Cape Town & the Garden Route. Roland could not have been more helpful. He was around every morning to help you plan your day, give recommendations etc. He gave us so many top tips for our whole route, not just the stay in... More

I don't know where to start! We received a very warm welcome from Roland and a welcome drink. The room was wonderful with a double shower ,so you can get ready together! Breakfast was very enjoyable you could have continental or cooked . All the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Roland could not do enough... More

We felt very welcome in this small guesthouse that was very conveniently located near to the city. The room and breakfast were wonderful, the staff were very friendly and hospitable as were the owners. We were amazed as how quiet it was at night....

Roland warmly welcomed us and he and his staff went beyond the call of duty to attend to our needs for the very pleasant week we spent in Cape Town. The facilities are spacious, meticulously clean and attractive. The generous breakfast always included fresh pastries and fruit plus made-to-order main dishes. The location is within walking distance of center city... More

Quiet, central and private - friendly owners and staff, nothing too much trouble - we were treated like VIP's during our stay. Security excellent - Roland's attention to detail and willingness to make our stay memorable will ensure that we return on our many trips to Cape Town. Tastefully decorated, luscious breakfasts under the trees, loungers next to the pool... More

I loved this place. A gem within a very nice suburb of Cape Town. The house is an old Cape Dutch farmhouse beautifully furnished. The owners are wonderful as are the staff and with the breakfast they serve, you don't have to eat until dinner. For dinner walk to Kloof street for some nice restaurants, or catch a taxi to... This is a very nice and quiet place to stay when going to Cape Town. It is necessary to get a taxi to get to the city but this is really easy and not expensive at all. There are a couple of good restaurants at a walking distance. The owner of the B&B and his staff are very nice and... More
