We have recently returned from a wonderful trip to Cape Town where we were recommended to stay with Bernadette and Julian at Ezulwini House. Ezulwini translates from a Zulu word meaning Heavenly or Paradise and our stay was certainly that! We were originally booked to stay for 6 nights but we forfeited our deposit at our next planned guest house... more

Sim and I had a great time at Ezulwini's. We stayed for 5 days in early March. We love the breakfasts served on the terrace, even when it was windy. Had fun playing with Vanilla, the resident Maltese poodle and our bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place for anyone or families visiting Capetown. It is much... more

We have just returned from our first trip to Cape Town and had the most wonderful time. We stayed at Ezulwini House having had it recommended from another guest house in the area. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The house is absolutely beautiful. Bernadette and Julian have decorated it to a very high standard. The bedrooms... more

March 2007 was our second stay at Ezulwini House, as my husband and I have visited Cape Town for 2 consecutive years in March to ride in the Cape Argus cycle tour. This cosy guest house has beautifully furnished rooms, all with super modern en suite bathrooms. (The beds are very roomy and very comfortable, an important consideration for us,... more

We had a wonderful time at the Ezulwini House! This B&B is excellent for a relaxing stay. The location is great with amazing views from every room across Cape Town. Everything can be reached in 10-15 minutes, whether it is the cable car station (check the view from the entrance hall to see if the mountain is clear) or to... more

We stayed at Ezulwini House in February 2007; we cannot recommend this fabulous guest house highly enough. It is well located in a suburb of Cape Town, not far from the Table Mountain cable car station. The local area is quite safe with plenty of good restaurants just down the road. The house is beautiful and is maintained impeccably, the... more

A first rate combination of excellent accommodation, beautiful views across Cape Town and the best possible service makes this one of the best places that we have stayed at. The room had a very comfortable bed and quiet yet effective aircon that we could leave on all night without disturbing us. The daily maid service meant everything was spotless. Breakfast... more

Going from Norway to Cape Town for the first time ever, with our one-year old daugther, we were looking for a Home Away From Home. Never was the expression more true than at Ezulwini House. At this stylish villa, just in front of Table Mountain, with panoramic views of Lion's Head, Signal Hill and the City Bowl, Bernadette and Julian... more
