Arrived at Cape Town for 6 months and needed a clean place to stay, where I could let my luggage safely, and located in a strategic area whille I would be looking for a permanent place : Never @ Home did the job perfectly. The bar / restaurant is also really good and cheap.

I think that when it comes to safety of phones and ppl that does not stay there should not be allowed inside i appreciate the fact the we could lock our bags up but also think only staff should be allowed where things are locked up or atleast be around when ppl get their stuff

It is really disappointing to hear that you were not happy with your stay at never@home. It is our policy that all accommodation must be paid in advance. We requested payment from you at 11:00 and another three times throughout the day. After not receiving payment or proof of payment at 23:00 the manager on duty had no option but... More

This was the last stop on a overlanding tour in SA. It's good for a couple of nights while exploring the city and close to green point and V&A waterfront. Walking distance to long street and Bo-Kap. The rooms are alright, quite small but clean. The staff is mostly friendly (except for a few working night shifts) and it's good... More

Because it's a new hostel everything feels and looks clean. Safety in the rooms is good. Watch out for sleeping with 8 persons in a room. It's too much and I slept very bad because of all the people walking in and out the room the whole night.

Needed to book last minute, found a special at never@home CT, which had previously been recommended by a friend, what a cool place! Neat & tidy, but colourful and fun, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great facilities.

“I’m coming home.” Out of the plane. First step on Cape Town International Airport. My first thought. Never@Home Backpackers is more than just a Hostel for me. It’s already family. I feel at home. I stayed more than once at Never@Home Backpackers and I enjoyed every single stay. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great vibe! Never a dull moment at the... More

Amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made my stay in Cape Town amazing. I'll be back ! Best location. Literally a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and super accessible to everywhere in the city. There's a bus station across the street as well as the stadium so I mean, you can't go wrong. Jaryd and Lisa really made... More

The accomodations are pretty good, the warthog is a nice bar which serves nice food, and I what I liked the most about staying at never@home was the people: both the crew and the guests were amazing, you can really meet people from all over the world and share a great experience. I'll probably be back!
