Had a wonderful welcome and stayed for four nights. The room we had number two had magnificent views of table mountain and also downtown Cape Town. This was possible because of large windows around the room. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff were great going out of their way to make sure your stay was memorable We will be... More

We spend multiple nights in this guest house. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is in a quiet area of capetown with an excellent view to the table mountain. Capetown restaurants are within walking distance. The hostess was very friendly and the service was superb!

What a warm welcome at Floreal House. Bedroom was fabulous, breakfasts were delicious, complimentary sherry on the hall, table, and the staff are truly our of this world. They even arranged dinner on request one evening! Across the street there is a very pleasant little delicatessen with good cappuccino ! And all this with magnificent Table Mountain as a backdrop.

We spend 3 nights in Floreal House. Although we've seen more luxurious hotels, the Floreal House gave us the feeling of being at home. After a long trip around South Africa this is so nice! The rooms are large and clean, the 'sound' of the old floors belongs to this old house. Breakfast is delicious and served by a very... More

Very friendly staff, especially Natalie. Beautiful (old world charm) rooms with lovely view of Cape Town. Close to city center. Pretty swimming pool and lounge. Nice breakfast. Situated in beautiful suburb.

having been our last stop from our long tour through the country, I did choose Floreal hose in Cape Town to stay over for he last 4 nights of our holiday. Reason for it was that I have been staying at the Floreal House many times. And also a request from my Belgian friends as they had stayed there once... More

On moving from Strand we stayed 4 nights in Cape Town before travelling onwards. The room was very acceptable with a good supply of catering products. Break where we stay regularlyfast could be taken outside by the pool or inside and pool dining was very pleasant.. Just a short walk to Mount Nelson Hotel which is worth a visit for... More

We recently spent 4 nights of our honeymoon at this little B&B style accommodation and liked it. [LOCATION] Floreal House is located at the top of Upper Orange Street, out of the bustling city centre but close enough for most things. Probably a good place to stay if you're driving but maybe not so convenient for walking etc. We had... More

Every time I visit Cape Town, I only stay at one guesthouse, Floreal House. You are always greeted with a smile by the polite and friendly staff. The rooms are neat and very comfortable. The cost for the stay is also very affordable and the best part must be that you are 3 minutes away from some of the best... More

This was my second visit having stayed here three years ago. The warm friendly welcome was still there. We arrived in the early evening and found many restaurants a very short distance away. Our room was very well appointed with a lovely bath and shower. Waking up, the sun poured through the window and we looked straight at Table Mountain.... More
