Stayed in the Waterfront Apartments - Kylemore B. Upgraded from one bedroom to two bedrooms. Arrived at midnight and check in/security very good. Booked through Kuoni. Apartments superbly furnished. All building work (The One and Only Hotel) now complete. Would recommend to anyone. Only downside was not enough sun loungers/parasols at pools. more

We stayed in these self-catering apartments for 4 nights. The accomodation was very spacious with a very large open plan lounge/kitchen and spacious bathroom. The kitchen was pre-stocked which was helpful and the general facilities were good with Satellite TV, ironing board & washing machine. The apartment also has a nice balcony. The concierge was very helpful in booking trips,... more

We booked this and then read a really damning report on Trip Adviser and were worried about what we had done. We had an early flight and arrived before we could access the apartment so we did have to wait around but the staff were apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately the first apartment we were given was being repainted and had... more

The Waterfront Village has a great location, less than 5 mins walk to the V&A Waterfront. The complex is huge and appears to be a combination of holiday apartments and residential apartments. It is all designed around a canal which makes it very attractive. It seems to be a very safe place to stay with strong security at all entrances.... more

I travelled to Cape Town last month with 3 other colleagues for various meetings/conferences. I have been to Cape Town before and to be honest I hadn't heard of this complex. When we arrived I was shocked at the size of the complex, but luckily after checking in they drove us to our section of the apartments. We stayed in... more

We've had a wonderful four weeks travelling through 6 (5 third world) countries in Africa, until we arrived at this complex. We utilised apartments in Dovenby and Bannockburn. Our guide collected us from the airport, transporting 9 of us to the reception area of this complex. It took over one hour to check us into 3 apartments. At the time,... more

Firstly, this is not an apartment hotel, it is an open plan apartment complex. Saying that, I had a great apartment with views overlooking the canal and waterfront from the front facing balcony and Table Mountain from the bedroom balcony. The fully self-contained apartment was kitted out with all the modern conveniences inc. Queen sized main bedroom with en-suite, laundry,... more

Originally had booked a one bed. classic apartment, but was delighted, on arrival to be upgraded to a 2 bed/2bath apartment...no extra cost! The apartment was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the canal and quite close by the main security gate. Certainly, the fabric of the apartment was beginning to show signs of tiredness and staining etc. This... more

The location is great, apartments are spacious and well furnished containing modern and useful appliances for families like washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. We had a huge terrace on both our apartments and separate ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. Security is excellent and underground parking included in the cost of the apartments. Easy walking distance from the Waterfront with restaurants... more
