I always stay at the Townhouse in Cape Town for business due to it's great central location - Parliament Gardens are just around the corner - and nice rooms. The Tree Restaurant gets you off to a nice day when you have breakfast there. The breakfast selection is good and I love the large glass windows in front of the... More

Our first hotel on our holiday. Tea/Coffee facilities available. Quite a nice hotel. Breakfast good and plentiful, tho' service a little slow. Drink reasonably priced, for a hotel. The only downfall was a glass door at the toilet - couldn't work out the reason. No privacy! Enjoy!

Thank you for your comment and constructive feedback. While we are glad you enjoyed breakfast with us and the start to your holiday, we will make a note for our team that breakfast service needs to be improved. We will keep your input on the bathroom doors in mind when we next refurbish, Many thanks again. More

we spent 4 nights in this quaint and lovely establishment. The staff were accommodating and kind. Breakfast was also fantastic! We had a room that has a view of Table Mountain and it was just gorgeous! Even though the wifi was not that satisfactory as it was slow, the hotel is located in a prominent area of the city therefore... More

Thank you so much for your kind words- we are so glad that you chose to spend your time in Cape Town with us. We apologise for the wi-fi service you received – we discovered that two connectors were down, causing slower wi-fi. This was subsequently repaired and will be monitored – and you can be assured that this was... More

We loved this little Gem. We were out and about a lot but it is right downtown and has a great restaurant. People dining at the next table were staying at the Taj that has a cool bar but not much of a menu. The staff were very accommodating for us and our son. Great suite, very stylish.

My Wife and I had a deluxe Double room that offered a view of Table Mountain, the room was well appointed and the ensuite was very good. Our rate included breakfast which gave you a choice of an excellent buffet plus a broad choice of cooked items from the menu. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant which offers dinner... More

Family holiday ruined by incompetence and unfriendly staff who failed to admit to not booking the right rooms and who told me if I had an issue I should just pack up and leave. a holiday I was looking forward to ended up being the only holiday I wanted to end. I really Thank you for this Tracy.

Awesome location... right in the heart of the town. Pretty good rooms at a very fair rate compared to similar class hotels in the area. Friendly staff though abit slow. But not a deal breaker. Overall enjoying myself here. Plus a really cosy restaurant.

Nice place, good restaurant, very nice people! The room was excellent as was its amenities! It has a parking place near the hotel with an entrance direct to the lobby. I do recommend staying there! They were really nice to us even when we needed to make calls for some arrangements.

I stayed at this hotel on a quick business trip and found the location to be excellent. Cape Town is unlike Johannesburg- in that places are relatively close by- but the situation of the hotel is isle to most attractions. The room I stayed in was tiny- however I was literally only sleeping there- so it didn't bother me too... More

The Townhouse Hotel was a nice place to stay while in Cape Town. The people at the front desk were very helpful as were the wait staff in the restaurant.
