We had a very nice stay here. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect for us, with e.g. The Company Gardens nearby, the sight-seeing buses stopping nearby and a 25 - minutes walk to the seafront.

Kind and sympathic staff. Well cleaned and arranged. Assistance available at needed time. Only that the restaurant is not wide for choice. My opinion is based on fact that was my first time to be in Cape Town. I don't have reference to compare with other hotels there.

We stayed here back in January for 3 nights as it was only about £50 per night, had parking and was central for Cape Town. V & A about half hour walk. Green market Square/Long Road about 5 minutes. This hotel is centrally located. Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly staff. Always ready to assist in any matter. 24 hrs wifi facility. Even if you don't have laptop, there is one computer placed in the lobby, for you to use. Overall a good value for your money.

We've frequented Parliament Hotel, a fair amount of times, and we have never been disappointed. The staff are always super helpful, especially Freda and Sham, and they speak many languages as well. Rooms are always clean and privacy is respected. As for the food, well worth it.
