We've frequented Parliament Hotel, a fair amount of times, and we have never been disappointed. The staff are always super helpful, especially Freda and Sham, and they speak many languages as well. Rooms are always clean and privacy is respected. As for the food, well worth it.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central and convenient - not the poshest part of town admittedly, but high scores on everything else, including value for money.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is great and takes time to get you settled in. Location was super convenient, able to walk to major attractions including Company Garden and the Castle of Good Hope. Long Street is not far away.
