De Waterkant Village is actually a very nice neighbourhood in Cape Town where "Village and Life" own a number of properties which they rent out on a short term basis. This was our first trip to Cape town. My spouse and I stayed here for three nights in one of their apartments. It was spacious and well kept. Loft bedroom upstairs, kitchenette and living room dowwnstairs. Included breakfast at the main hotel was better than most we've had. I think the location is ideal.
