Comfortable stay, Mini bar stocked very well! and very tempting! Staff could greet more when you walk past or stand by the lifts with them. Thanks Cindi (GM) she upgraded us due to problems in the room.

We booked a standard double here via Booking.com and got a very good deal. In Cape Town, this was excellent value for money, if you are not looking for exceptional quality nor anything with personality. The room was big, everything in good condition and well taken care of. The location is handy for walking in the city centre and for... More

Bought a last minute room. Ending up facing a courtyard with windows that where shut so they could not be opened. Big room, clean. Expensive mini bar and a TV which had only a few channels available. Wanted to watch the world cup football for a bit, but the channel got changed when rugby (practice game) started. Very annoying. Central... More

We booked this hotel through an internet search and were very pleasantly surprised. It is central, within easy walking distance of the convention centre and a longer walk to the waterfront. The room was large and clean. We are hikers and enjoyed its proximity to Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill. From the hotel to top of Table Mountain,... More

Nice and central, I stayed recently with relations, and had a room to myself. I had to pay for Wifi access, which I'm told in common in SA. but apart from the surprise of that, it was very reasonable cost. The breakfast bar was magnificent, and if you can tolerate the cocktail bar piano playing while you eat breakfast, all... More

The hotel is centrally located and is less than 5 mins walk to the Hop On Hop off bus and the My Citi bus stop. It is also walking distance to Bo-Kaap and Long Street. We had a great view of table mountain from our room on the 6th floor and the room was spotless and everything we needed was... More

For the price we paid (about $45 a night), it was a very good hotel. It's clean, has good amenities and is in an excellent location just a few blocks from long street. If I was paying a lot more than that, I would be annoyed by some of the things. The elevator got stuck one of the nights we... More

The Hotel is centrally located in Cape Town downtown and very convenient access to public transportation. It's close to Bo-Kaap, Long Street and Greenmarket. To get to the Waterfront, we had to take a taxi. The hotel itself is nice with a pool (a little bit small) on the roof. From our room we had a magnificent view of the... More

Our daughter Nadine Spencer, bought us an evening at the Cape Town Lodge hotel and what a suprise we got. The room was on the 9th floor with the most beautiful view of table mountain, it felt as though we could reach out and touch it. The room was immaculate and spotless with all the luxury you would expect in... More

Every month I come down to Cape Town and this is the hotel I stay at. I love it. The staff are friendly and the GM Cindi is an added bonus who takes care of her customers. I have stayed in the different rooms and each one is really comfortable and well appointed. The gems are the loft rooms. All... More
