Stayed during recent Lions tour. The hotel was very busy and had a good buzz about it. Whilst not in the water front the. location good, courtesy bus regular and prompt to the water front. Staff efficient and friendly and coped well at serving a very busy bar, Breakfast had a very good choice and variety of food. I noticed... more

Stayed here for a week on business. Rooms were modern and in good shape. not a great location--you need to take a cab and the hotel shuttle only goes to the waterfront. Restaurant had a really boring menu--the sushi bar was reasonably good though. Breakfast buffet was adequate. hotel staff pleasant--overly solicitious and kind of cold. Tried to order a... more

Booked at the Executive Club and I must say this is one of the best hotels around. Very good service, excellent food and the facilities are great. Also close to the Waterfront with a free shuttle bus if you don't fancy walking for 10 minutes. The lounge at the top floor is great. Quiet breakfast with a la carte, free... more

I really liked the Hotel. Breakfast and the room were the best in our travels around the western cape. The location is good and we walked into town and the waterfront during daytime. The restaurants are typical of business hotels but the service and food were good and beat those awful rip off places on the waterfront. more

I stayed a few nights at the Westin for a conference. The hotel is very modern, and features all you can expect in an hotel in that category (a nice rooftop swiming pool and spa, etc.). They have a very convenient free shuttle bus from and to Victoria Wharf. The rooms are very modern, well equiped and comfortable (I want... more

We've just stayed at the Westin whilst we were in CT on holiday. I know that it is primarily used by business travellers but it works perfectly well for leisure travellers. We did look at some of the other higher rated hotels (particularly Villa Zest which is no 5 of hotels in CT, against the Westin's no 15, where the... more

Magnificient decor, excellent spa, and sumptuous breakfast :-) Staff was cordial and happy to help. Overall, very nice experience more

We stayed there on Starwood Cash & Points so it was a fabulous bargain that we normally couldn't afford. We were treated very well, given a room with a view of Table Mountain (with an office builiding in the way but all rooms have that). The breakfast was excellent and we usually ate so much, we didn't need lunch. There... more

Was nervous about staying in a conference hotel when we were in Cape Town to celebrate our first anniversary but absolutely no need, the hotel was fantastic. Service was incredible and nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the door, in reception, in the restaurant, in the spa, everywhere. It isn't a child friendly hotel (and thank goodness... more

This hotel is luxurious! From the moment the doors open for you at this hotel, you are treated exceptionally well! The rooms are luxurious...oh my gosh! You will just melt into the beds. This hotel is centrally located, and serves as a great staring point for your trips/tours. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. In the afternoon, in the lobby area,... more
