Hotel is nice and clean and I had the best omelette there I have ever had in my life! Thank you. I did not know an omelette can be so good. Hotel is basic business hotel. Did not have tome to visit SPA but heard that it is also really good. Location is in the middle of business district and... More

Executive rooms are great because you can then access the executive lounge which has amazing staff and service. Views from the hotel were nice, even with bad weather. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and enthusiastic.

We stayed one night in July, in a room on the executive floor. The room was spacious and clean but the shower had a very slow drain, which left us standing in water. Not a big deal but disappointing for the executive floor. We could see Table Mountain from our room but the dominating aspect of the view (18th floor)... More

I recently traveled to South Africa for the first time and was so happy to have found the Westin Cape Town. With an extended stay for work, the hotel combined all the business support I needed with the comforts that made it feel like home. The staff were exceptional and the amenities were too notch. I think, however, the location... More

We received an upgrade to an Executive Room based on my SPG status. This was perfect since it provide more space for us since we were traveling with children. Although the hotel seems to be more oriented to conference/business clients, the staff was extremely courteous and professional and made my stay with kids excellent. Not very kids oriented as far... I frequently travel to Cape Town on business but this was the first time that I stayed at the Westin. I had flight problems and by the time I arrived it was 9:30pm. Check in was friendly and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms are large and excellently appointed. The restaurant was able to assist with dinner despite it being quite... More

The hotel itself was nice, but you would expect a little more from a Westin. The executive lounge has incredible views of the Table Mountain. Especially when the fog descends it's really beautiful. Well located and easy to go down to the wharf. There is also a good hair dressing salon at this hotel. The amenities at the book store... More

It was my first time in South Africa and Cape Town. The stay in this hotel was just magic. Beautiful very large room, incredible bed and bed-liner. i could have stayed in the bed for hours if I did not have to see everything else as well :-) Needless to say, the room and bathroom were perfectly clean and organized... I stayed here on business. Great hotel and right next to the convention center. Very friendly staff, very clean and cosy room. Security was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or at the conference center. Loved the chicken curry on the late night menu!!! Five stars!!!
