Modern feeling hotel with very well equipped rooms. Have stayed a number of times and have always met expectations. Staff are friendly, try to accommodate early check ins and the underground car park makes it easy to get to and away from and access all the delights of Cape Town. The V&A Waterfront is an easy and safe walk too.

The hotel is so close to the V&A waterfront, there are a number of restaraunts close by. was reasonably priced for the area. There are shuttles that take you to the waterfront every now and then. the room was spacious and had a modern clean bathroom. I would definitly stay here again.

The hotel is clean and located about half way between the water front and the city. Our room was neat, beds comfortable, and staff generally. friendly and attentive. The breakfast choices included local fruits and jams, and the line at the egg station was always short. The neighborhood appeared safe and you could walk to the waterfront (15-20 min), take... More

I always stay here when I travel to Cape Town, and it gets better everytime I come. The loft apartments are the best. Awesome service and it starts when you drive in to the parking garage. Checking in is never more then 5 minutes.

Hotel is well posistioned, and roms are well appointed and trendy. We stayed in a loft room and were impressed. However, the service at the hotel needs to be improved. Management visbility was lacking. Also dont count on eating at the hotel except for breakfast. Walk to waterfront seems safe enough. We stayed for 2 days, and it was adequate... More

We spent 3 nights here at the end of our Garden Route trip in SA. The room was clean and tidy but we found the service lacking. Perhaps a lack of understanding due to language barriers but we hadn't found this at any of our other accommodations on the garden route. We had a number of inclusions and extras with... More

I had a four night stay here as a solo traveller and first time visitor to Cape Town. Even though it is part of a hotel chain, it felt like a friendly hotel with nice personal service. The check in staff, door staff, bar staff and room service staff I encountered were a young and enthusiastic bunch and nothing seemed... More

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are double (single beds) or single. The pillows and duvets are very comfortable. We had an excellent sleep every night. I loved the shower as it had both very hot and very cold water. Tip for ladies: bring enough hair conditioner as this chain does not provide it. Not sure about other hotels. The room had... More

Great location, nice rooms. Only down side is showers seldom have hot, hot water and internet connectivity can ve slips. Myrtle at reception was great, friendly and efficient.breakfast was terrible: oily, overpriced and bad service. Go across the road to some great restaurants in cape Malay quarter instead of having breakfast in the hotel.
