We had a wonderful stay at Parker Cottage. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was just perfect. As we arrived late we used a transfer from the Airport to the guesthouse. This was very convenient. The stay itself was outstanding; the house, the staff, the service, the delicious breakfast...... Parker Cottage is situated in Tamboerskloof; a really nice area,... More

I stayed at Parker Cottage with several friends in April 2015 for 5 nights before going to the AfrikaBurn festival. They were incredibly helpful in the run up to our arrival, organising an airport transfer and helping with car hire, as well as agreeing that we could leave some suitcases with them whilst we were at the festival. From the... More

Parker Cottage is a charming house that has been converted into a bed and breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. Each room has its own personality and decor. Our room and bathroom were large, comfy and overlooked the gardens. A delicious breakfast is served on the veranda or the massive dining room on chilly days. Aside from an... More

Thanks sookie for this warm review! We do our level best to accommodate all diets in our breakfast so vegetarian isn't an issue at all: so pleased you enjoyed that. Thanks for the comments on the cleanliness of the house and rooms. We will pass that on to our very hard working housekeepers lead by Thandeka. They're enjoying some much... More

We are just coming back from Parker Cottage where we spent 3 nights with our friends & children. Phil had arranged for each couple a double room on a quiet part of the house with a room next door for our children. Interior design is very nice, the location in Tamboerskloof/Gardens is very convenient as you can walk to restaurants... More

I stayed for one night on a business trip. Just a fantastic B&B with a friendly welcome, great breakfast and excellent room. I think I had the cheapest room but I wouldn't have known it, so it's really great value for money. Normally I'm not a fan of the shower/bath combo, but this is probably the first place I've been... This is our second experience at Parker cottage. Phil, Liz and their team are amazing hosts. They are so hospitable and so helpful/knowledgeable in planning what to do, where to go, what to see. Nothing is too much trouble. It was our friends' first visit to Cape Town - they can't stop talking about how perfect this B and B... More

We were lucky enough to stay for 5 nights, and wished it was much longer! Gorgeous accommodation with great staff, fabulous breakfasts in the garden, and all the help we needed in booking restaurants , cabs , activities. It all started with the lovely greeting by Phil when we arrived after a long travel day. I can't say enough complimentary... More
