This hotel is well situated adjacant to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. They have everything you need. The breakfast was excellent and service very good.

Location very handy, look ok but service is terrible ... awful. Everything needing service from staff fails to meet your expectation: room cleaning; organizing taxis / tours; & the food is average at best. Choose elsewhere.

We stayed here for a work trip. It is perfectly located for Cape Town and the V&A waterfront - but quieter. Staff were friendly, room was fine - not the most modern but more than comfortable for what we needed.

This hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. The staff was friendly, the breakfast included with the stay was great, and the room had everything! We had a safe, fridge, bottled water daily, turn down service, concierge, door men, outdoor pool with a cozy patio, and of course the wonderful location.

For its location and comfortable beds, it deserves some credit but otherwise not so impressive. The 4-star rating is outdated.
