Great location walking distance to V &A waterfront, shops and restaurants. The rooms are a good size but a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was a bit basic and you had to pay for wifi.

I have stayed at this location 3 times and have always found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. The location of the Guest House makes this a perfect place to stay as it is in close proximity to the Waterfront, town centre and accessible to both national routes.

We had a very nice stay here, nice clean room on the second floor, good breakfast, and helpful staff. It's a great location - across from the park, near restaurants, and walking distance to the waterfront.

The rooms are basic, the bedding & furniture might need an upgrade, the TVs may as well be thrown away BUT it is a neat and clean place to stay in the heart of Green Point within walking distance to the CBD, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and the beautiful Green Point Park in front. My only real complaint... More

We booked the family room (sleeps 3) which is needless to say a small room with kitchenette and passage where the 3rd bed is located. As the room is on the ground floor, close to reception we were subjected to the noises from the upper level as well as visitors at reception. The room is neat and clean but the... More

Dale Court is Fabulous. This very busy Guest House is within walking distance of everything in Cape Town, or if you prefer you can easily get the buses, and it is certainly easy to get to place from here. Twenty mins from the airport - I used Sport Shuttle, and can highly recommend them - R240 each way. Spacious rooms,... More

Location is good by the Waterfront. The rooms are clean but are fairly basic and dated. The whole building could do with being brought up to date. The breakfast was a disappointment. This is the only place on our holiday were we had to pay for wifi.

I go every year for the Argus Cycle tour in March. Sophia is so friendly and I feel like family every time I visit. The hospitality and friendliness is the best there is and you feel like a king when Sophia welcomes you. The place is so clean and well situated. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is...
