I stayed here while on vacation with friends. My expectations were exceedingly meet. The views both from the front and back of the hotel are magnificent. The room are sensational and the service is outstanding. The hotel is attached to a very high end mall. Don't miss the high tea.

In my humble opinion this hotel is all front with little or no back up! Lots of people in suits wandering around the lobbies and restaurants but dig a little deeper and it all falls apart. We were part of a group and check in was painless with bags delivered to our room in an acceptable time, pity that the... More

Our room on the fifth floor was large and on arrival there were pink and red petals everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had separate bath and shower. The view from the window was even better, taking in the harbour, Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head. Breakfast was very good with every kind of food on... More

Wow. wow and wow. What an awesome time we had this week-end at the Table Bay. It was my birthday week-end and the Table Bay sure went the extra mile to make it special for me. On entering our room a lovely bottle of bubbly awaited us with a beautiful little cake. Next whilst sitting in the jacuzzi another beautiful... More

Not up to 5 Stars. We wanted to stay at high-end properties during our trip to Africa. We spent the first Two-days in a small boutique hotel (Rosmead-wonderful!) and then did a safari for two days followed up with two days in the best hotel on the waterfront. Unfortunately we didn't chose well here. The hotel appears as extravagant as... More

I just loved staying at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast buffet is exceptionally varied and delicious (e.g., many types of fresh tropical fruit juices, multiple types of smoked salmon, etc.) and the rooms were quite elegant. You can't go wrong with the spectacular views of the ocean on one side of the... More

We stayed in this elegant hotel for three nights. We only ate breakfast there, and it was an abundant selection of food. The hotel is next to the mall and many restaurants. The view of Tabletop Mountain and the bay makes it a great location.

The hotel is as we remember it from previous visits. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. A breakfast which caters for everyone. Eastern, Western, English, Continental, American preferences are recognised. If anything it is a bit over whelming. Inevitably buffet style food offerings are not as good as those freshly prepared but this has to be compromised... More

I stayed here one night in Cape Town and it was absolutely lovely. The location on the water cannot be beat and there were endless amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive I have ever seen in my life! If you want to be on the water then this is the place to stay.
