This hotel is top class, fantastic service, great food and in a perfect location; it has very attentive management and looks to total customer service you also get to use their seven series BMW for free on short city trips. Expensive, but well worth it. The concierge service was over the top. They were so helpful and really delivered on what we asked for. The limo service was a real benefit, just make sure you book as soon as you know the times that you need the drivers. All staff, without exception, were very helpful and incredibly pleasant. More
