We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the apartment and facilities. Only negative was the front desk who was not very friendly or helpful, especially compared to the Crystal Towers (AP) where we normally stay.

This place was everything we had imagined and more. Friendly staff, prompt response to enquiries, security and location to centre of Cape town. We will definitely be staying again when we are in Capetown

We had the fortunate opportunity of staying at The Residences for 2 nights and have to say it is a very well looked after, professionally run and luxurious apartment, with very pleasant staff and positioned in a really upmarket building.
