We found Atlantic Point well priced, clean and well organised. It is close to restaurants and a short walk from the V&A Waterfront (lots of shops and restaurants, harbour cruises etc). The staff were also very helpful. I would recommend it for a short and inexpensive stay.

This is my first hostel experience so I can't even compare it to another hostel. The accommodations are exactly as pictured. The beds and bedding were quite comfortable.
