I stayed three nights in this absolutely wonderful bed & breakfast, and if I could just move in permanently I would. The rooms are beautifully and delightfully furnished, with comfortable beds and gorgeous accessories. Climate control options are available, but who can pass up pulling open the heavy curtains, throwing open the windows, and feeling the Atlantic breezes flow through... More

A beautiful interior in an historic building and excellent service. Public spaces and rooms furnished with South African antiques, including the four-poster beds. A good location and Hop-on Hop-off bus stop right across the street. Only complaint? We reserved through a booking site and requested twin beds. There aren't any, but apparently the booking site didn't know that. Hot the... More

I stayed 3 nights in this fantastic hotel in central Cape Town. Rooms are very beautifully furnished and are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and served in a very nicely decorated room. The staff is nice and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to Long street and waterfront.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in April, ‘15. We definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Cape Town. It is an old Dutch mansion that has been beautifully restored and converted to a boutique hotel that has charm and character. The Dutch Manor is very conveniently located on the edge of Bo Kap and a... More

I spent 4 days and 3 nights, the staff were very helpful, I felt right at home. The place is well maintained and everyone really make you feel at home. They can help you organize the tours. It was my first time to travel alone and I felt lucky that I choose to stay in this hotel. Excellent hotel and... More

Very small B&B in central Cape Town. Beautiful decor, and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was cooked to order, and was better than at many bulge bracket hotels. Staff was exceptional. Hotel felt very secure and was in close proximity to Long Street, with it's many restaurants and bars. Overall, great value for money!

Everything was superlative. The Dutch Manor is impeccably maintained and run, and the staff really make you feel at home. They will do anything to assist your visit, including identifying tours and tour guides, recommending places to eat and in general take full advantage of all that Cape Town and the Cape Region have to offer. I cannot speak highly... More

Delightful is the perfect word to describe our time spent at the Dutch Manor Antique Hotel! The staff were wonderful, so helpful and charming; the interior and ambience was so thoughtful and exquisitely put together, a testament to fantastic interior design; the room was sumptuous and maintained beautifully with every day service/cleaning. I was looking for a quick and cheap stay in Cape Town. The Dutch Manor fulfilled my expectations even in terms of vicinity of city attractions, restaurants and hop-on bus stop for weekend trip. Walking distance to Waterfront and business center of the city. The rooms are old-stylish, neat, but functional and the hotel serves very good breakfast, too! The... More

An original boutique hotel with a unique decor. The 4 posters might be a bit narrow and the chandelier light a bit dim but they are really nice features nonetheless. The staff are super friendly and the location to Long St and the hop 'on hop'off is really convenient.
