Small cosy hotel with a sombre classic dutch-style decoration. Very friendly staff makes you feel like you are visiting a friend's house. Very helpful staff advising and helping in arranging your program and transportation

I planned this in advance and they helped organise a taxi transfer for us all in advance. we arrived and it all went like clockwork. Hotel is lovely we would happily have stayed longer but had not the time. Staff service is way beyond what you would expect for a small private hotel and they could not have been friendlier... More

Stayed 3 nights around jazz festival. Location was brilliant though occasionally found it a bit intimidating walking back at night, groups of kids etc, would reccommend taxis I guess even though distances very short and walk able. Our room was stunning, filled with light in the day and very effective shutters and curtains kept it dark till we woke up... More

Being Dutch, the whole atmosphere feels like an old merchant house in Amsterdam. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. good parking facilities too. Annelien

The hotel is well positioned on the edge of the Bo-Kaap. The interior of the hotel is superb being stuffed full of character and beautiful furniture. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided some good recommendations. Breakfast is a little bit shambolic but everything else was so good that this not diminish... More

Nobu, the hotel manager, and her team were great during my stay in cape town. I had made the reservation last minute and they tried their best to accommodate me. The Dutch Manor is an extremely charming hotel with a great location. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent location, very nice service, excellent breakfast upstairs. The place does feel like a home with antique decorations throughout the rooms and hallways. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with recommendations for sights to see in Cape Town. Note that you can park on the street outside or if you have a... This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly People, great breakfast, nice and charming rooms. You must (!) take the Walking tour through Boo-Kap with Cyril - this is a unique experience you will never forget. Cape Town is a wonderful City with nice places (Long Street, Greenmarket Square etc) to shop, eat, drink or simply watch.

The room was very comfortable and light with big windows. Location was good - 5min walk to Long Street for bars and 20min to V&A Waterfront. Green Market square was also about 5min walk. Breakfast was plentiful and set you up for the day. Staff were very friendly.
