Make sure that you pre book your room preference as the check in staff give you the attitude that they are doing you a favour when you check in. However, when you get the right room they are extremly comfortable and clean

I'm very happy with Hilton Capetown. I've stayed at a number of other hotels in the area, but Hilton is the best so far. It is not the cheapest, but definitely worth every cent, I can definitely recommend this hotel to any one looking for quality in a hotel(home away from home)

Stayed here for 2 nights, a little distant from V&A but they have hourly transport. Rooms really clean and luxurious, gym, pool and sauna great, and bar and restaurants of a high standard. Shame you can not buy alcohol in the Indian themed restaurant but otherwise superb. Staff very friendly and attentive. Recommended.
