This guest house is situated in a very trendy and safe area in Capetown. It was impeccably clean and tidy and quiet. The breakfast was filling and tasty with fruit to start followed by a hot breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed a wonderful fortnight with Rod and Sabine proving to be excellent hosts. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. As importantly our hosts were friendly and very helpful in booking taxis, restaurants and giving us suggestions and advice. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a great stay at the cape colonial and Rod has been a very friendly host. The guesthouse offers everything we expected for its class. The food is good and fresh, the place is clean and very quiet. We will surely make another visit in the near future

My wife and I, other members of our family and friends have all stayed at the Cape Colonial. We have stayed there for all our frequent visits to Cape town and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean and quiet, the breakfast is great and Sabine and Rod have become friends over the years. We can highly recommend it!
