Rooms were lovely. We had views to the City and Table Mountain. Hosts are great without being intrusive and nothing too much trouble. Best breakfast that we had in SA and can't imagine a better place to stay when visiting Cape Town.

It's a beautiful hotel, nice people, but NO air con. This is in my opinion a big disadvantage for this hotel. I am not a person who really insist in it usually and sometimes not even use it, also in warm places. We had over 30 deg, and it was hardly possible to sleep. When you came home in the... More

If location is your priority this place is great. Was in one of the apartments in September and the room was really comfortable with two rooms and a great view. The folks who run the place are really friendly and the honesty bar is a nice touch if you're in the apartments. This place has two mega negatives, the parking... More

We stayed in the lion room at the lodge which was spacious enough for two people and well equipped. We were just concerned that there was no fan in the room or no aircon. The location of the place is really good and you can walk to a number of restaurants and shops. The room is private and in our... More

We stayed in The Rock studio apartment behind the swimming pool, it had a lovely view of Cape Town and behind us Table Mountain, very peaceful place to stay. Everything we wanted in the apartment, although we only cooked twice as the choice of places to eat along Kloof street were fantastic. Internet not good, but then hardly anywhere we... More

Need a place to stay in Cape Town? Go for cape paradise lodge. A very cosy lodge in Gardens. Awesome hosts who will give you lots of tips what to do in Cape Town. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The best about the room is the incredible view over Cape Town. We would definitely come back again!

The location is perfect for Cape Town, just a short walk from Long Street and some great restaurants and bars. Aldi a short hop to Table Mounrsin. Quirkily furnished rooms and and amazing lounge area. Just wish we had stayed longer....

Marco welcomed us as we arrived. He was very friendly and showed us around. So eager to assist with Restuarant bookings and advise on where to go. I went to breakie in my tracksuit and socks. Still half asleep. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the hospitality absolutely fantastic. Congrats on a well run B&B.

We loved our 3 day stay in Apartment 2 - it was clean, comfortable and had a bathroom to die for! Our bath had a view of table mountain, as did our balcony. It really was lovely to comke home to after each tiring day! Lena was AMAZING. She really helped us out in every way possible, staying up late... More
