We (father & daughter) have spent one week in the Rosedene Lodge in July 2014. A cozy lodge in a nice neighborhood of Cape Town. We enjoyed the luxury Garden Suite. Staying in the Rosedene Lodge feels like home. Michael and his staff tried to do everything to make our stay worthwhile. Every morning Michael helped us to make a... More

A Haven in a peaceful tranquil setting tucked away in centrally located Sea Point. This is by far and away the best accommodation we have ever experienced. The establishment is owner run and he will not leave any stone unturned to offer you help and advice. Thank you Michael for making our stay a memorable one which we will cherish for... More

We spent 4 nights in Rosedene Lodge and we are very happy with our decision. First, I strongly recommend staying in Sea Point area which is very convenient to reach most of the places. Location is only 10 minutes far from Waterfront, 10 minutes far from Hout Beach, 15 minutes far from Table Mountain cable car, 15 minutes far from... More

Most striking feature of Rosedene the excellent service, hospitality and requested but also unrequested advice we received. They will do everything to make the stay enjoyable! But also the tranquility surrounding the guesthouse was very pleasant. So close to the center of Cape Town and yet so quiet: great. The view over the city and Table Mountain, the full breakfast... This was my first trip to Cape town and I was really choosy on the accommodation, but gladly I can say that I made the right choice. The place was really lovely, quiet & cosy. Our room was exactly as seen on the photos on the website. The staff there were really amicable & always ready to help. Special thanks... More

This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely and opened out onto the pool area which was great. The whole pool area was beautiful. The staff were amazing and went out o their way to help. The breakfast was delicious every morning and you can sit out around the pool... More

Whenever i travel to Cape Town I always stay at the Rosedene - not only because they are so conveniently located, but also because they offer competitive rates and stunning views of the mountain. A couple of years back my tyre was slashed in front of the guesthouse - the next day they sorted everything out, replaced the tyre and... More

We spend 3 nights at the Rosedene recently and had a great time. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are fantastic. Michael the owner also has a restaurant right on the market square downtown and we sampled a great dinner there one night. It is a great location and Cape Town is so beautiful... More

I've been to the Rosedene several times now - it feels like coming home every time I walk in. Teacher, Michael and the team are very warm and friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay a real pleasure. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Excellent value for money. I'm looking forward to going back!
