Interesting location centrally on the harbour at the rear of the convention centre. Nice luxury twin room with a great balcony view of table mountain. My friend had spent 2 nights in a standard room....go luxury was her view,,,, standard room uber basic. The front desk staff were lovely, really friendly, approachable & helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The... More

The staff was Very friendly. We had Quick and efficient service. The rooms are beautiful and cosy. We mostly enjoed the bath, as it was joined to the room and u could look into it from the bed.The hotel is also very close to the Waterfront, which we enjoyed a lot. Great hotel, food in restaurant needs work. front desk staff could be friendlier. carpets needs replacing as they are dusty and have dirt marks on them. Locations is good, however containers being moved around at night makes it difficult to sleep.

We had a long flight to CT as soon as we got there we checked in. The staff at the reception was very nice, can't say the same for the ones we found when we checked out. Any way we went to our room and to my delight it was so romantic and quite. It was my birthday and we... More

The location was excellent. The room was large well equipped and clean. Most staff were very friendly and helpful, less so in the restaurant though. The hotel generally lacked ambiance and atmosphere. It was a bit stark, more like an institution than a hotel. The restaurant and the food at dinner were disappointing. Breakfast was much better.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had very mixed experiences. Booked through booking.com and were under the impression we had a room with a balcony but when we got here we had a tiny cramped room (112) with no balcony, a view of a rectangle of concrete (see photo) and smelt of whatever was being cooked in the kitchen... Our room was spacious and the view from the balcony outstanding, a very grand view of Table Mountain each morning (as long as her table cloth is not on!). The extra long beds were very comfortable as was the white linen. Really appreciated the separate bath and shower. Room Service was excellent, breakfast was anything that you needed, be-it Continental... More
