The room is big and the bathroom too. The water in the shower is always hot. The location is great: walking distance from camps bay beach (restaurants and bars), 5 minutes drive from Tabke mountain and from the main road of Capetown South Africa (road 2). The staff is wonderful and helpful and takes care if everything with a smile... More

We loved our stay at 61 Camps Bay! Nice room with a beautiful view, delicious breakfast and good service. The area is safe and the beautiful beach of camps bay is only a short drive down the road away. All in all a good value-for-money ratio and highly recommended!

The rooms were very clean, nice and bright but quite small. Excellent view and sunsets and very close walking distance to restaurants and shops. There was a huge pod of whales going by one afternoon and to just sit on the patio and watch them breach was breathtaking. The patio's are shared but you still feel like you have your... More

We stayed a few weeks in this beautiful guest house, from 27 December to 20 January 2014. The place is very nice and the location is unbeatable, with beautiful views towards the sea and 12 apostoles. It has a parking lot on the front of the building, making it very practical and safe for the car, and only a few... More

After some business in Cape Town I wanted to spend more time in South Africa before returning to the unremitting gloom of a British winter. The first spot I headed off to was nearby Camps Bay for a few days. 61 on Camps Bay is a great choice for those who are not bothered about staying anywhere super fancy/expensive -... More

Those were the most perfect days of my life. The ladies helped us a lot with restaurant information, buying us some tickets on internet and guiding us for the most important tours. The room was really cute and lovely, the only thing they need are air conditioned.

Dear Guest, Yes its a huge advantage to be situated within walking distance to the night life and busy restaurants along the beach front in Camps Bay. a. Parking is a problem in the busy season and b. its no drinking and driving at all in Cape Town. Hope youll be back. Kind regards Yvonne More
