Excellent service with good attention to detail, personalised client satisfaction in every regard. Amazed hosted my wife and I on the weekend of our wedding, they accommodated us with all of our special requirements. The breakfast was amazing, wide variety to choose from. The views from the rooms are breath-taking and tranquil. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting... More

Camps Bay is absolutely gorgeous and this wonderful guest house is right on the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was perfect with a good selection of options. Every evening around sunset wine and appetizers were provided for the guests, such a nice touch! I would go back in a heartbeat!

The best guest house we stayed in South Africa. If somebody is looking to relax in a very modern, clean and friendly environment then this is the place to stay. I easily could have stayed a week. Breakfast is excellent, evening canapes are very tasty. I can only highly recommend the place to anyone who would like to be close... More

We stayed here for a few nights in March 2015. A beautiful small hotel in a beautiful spot right across the road from the ocean. Sitting on the terrace drinking a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the sea was just heaven. We were in a standard room which was lovely, but definitely plan to treat ourselves to... More

We stayed at Azamare for the Cape Town Cycletour. All admin before our stay was handled efficiently and all e-mails etc. were responded to in a professional manner. We appreciated the fact that we could drop off our luggage before booking in as we had to go to town. We stayed in the Seahorse suite - a very large and... More

We had a nice stay in Azamare. We stayed in the Seahorse Suite, which unfortunately had a shared balcony. For such a Suite, I would have made the balcony a private one. The room was spacious, also the bathroom. The fact that the shower had an 'open view window' to the bedroom, could disturb one. Almost nowhere in the room... More

Well located small guesthouse actually in Bakoven but within walking distance of bars and restaurants of lower Camps Bay south of the Bay Hotel. Reasonable breakfast with friendly catering staff, but insufficient tables therefore expect to queue for breakfast some mornings. The owners of the guesthouse appear obsessed with the "look" of the place at the expense of its function... More

My wife and I stayed for a week early February 2015 and what a find. All on the web site is as it is. Excellent location overlooking the rocks/ sea and a 10 minute walk into Camps Bay where there are numerous restaurants and a fantastic beach. Janni and Ane are first class friendly managers and the breakfast ladies are... More

We only stayed for 2 nights but where very impressed with the friendliness of the hosts and staff, the comfort and facilities in the room. Add to that the hotel is in a perfect spot and it makes for a highly recommendable destination.

Spectacular views from this guest house are mesmerizing, the accommodation is wonderful with well-though out touches like different sized pillows, plasters and adapter plugs in the room (mine was on the ground floor and defied expectations by being surisingly quiet despite the close proximity to the road) and the service - from the new (simply adorable) manageress and the manager...
