Mark, thank you sooo much for your beautiful spot! The Campsbayglen is beyond special. It is a true sanctuary amidst our little city. When I'm there I feel like I'm in a well looked after soulful place reminiscent of my childhood home I sleep to the rushing of water from the mountain stream and wake to the singing of birds.... What a fantastic stay. I couldnt ask for more. Each morning the same bird would try and get me out of bed pecking at my window.. (on occasion flying into it :)). Such a tranquil space with a gushing fresh water river and a fire beds all around. Super delightful staff ready for any call at any hour. Alert and... More

For the price bracket that this apartment is in, it offers amazing value, given the location, the facilities, and the level of comfort. It is within walking distance off all the restaurants in the Camps Bay area. And, in turn, the general location of Camps Bay is central to everywhere that tourists want to go on the peninsula, whether up... More

Had a lovely stay in one of Mark's apartments (C). Charming and simple - and the GARDEN - I loved it. So green, like a jungle - a lot of birds - the pool was just wonderful when coming back in the afternoon. This is a beautiful place if you like the charming hippielook - the positive way.

Based on its location, its probably the cheapest accommodation you can find within the posh camps bay area. Like I said in the title, it would be ideal for backpackers and students or if you are 'naturalists'. Owner Mark is a lovely person and all the housekeepers are nice people. If you go around the neighbourhood you will notice they... More

Stayed in apartment c and it was tiny. Bed room is fine. The rest of the apartment, you couldn't swing a cat in it. Balcony is tiny too. The staff are great and helpful. Needed 4 keys to get into the apartment. Not used to security like this. We stuck with the place and didnt let it get us down... More

We - family with 4 boys age 8-15 - spent 2 weeks over Christmas in South Africa to explore the wide range of activities and adventures in the area. CampsBayGlen was the perfect base for us. House is located in nice Camps Bay where we could easily reach several restaurants in 10-15 min walk, take a run in the morning,... More

I just came back home from a fantastic holiday at Camps Bay Glen! The location near the Camps Bay is brilliant, the area is safe (rich) and with easy reach to splendid restaurants and several beautiful beaches suitable both for adults and smaller children. The guesthouse has a swimmingpool in a cosy environment with hammocks and a lovely garden and... More

Some time ago a friend of mine and I rented that huge apartment upstairs. We stayed there for 3 or 4 nights. It was winter and the weather was not that great at all but we cozied up in the sitting-living area in front of the fire and chilled. It's a welcoming place. Taking a hot shower in the icy... More
