We have stayed over several times over the last couple of years and have always found our stay very pleasant and relaxing. The facility and surroundings are beautiful, the units very comfortable, clean, neat and well equipped.

Calm and relaxed setting, where animals and humans seem to live together in peace. Great for families and couples alike. OK, you can't see the "Big Five" on Ko-Ka Tsaras Terrain. But Giraffes., Impalas, Gnus, Warthogs, Eagles, Monkeys, etc. and not to forget "house Labrador" Sam, aren't bad either...

We especially loved the close encounter with the animals living on the property. The surrounding dessert is simply stunning, as is the sky at night. Pack your food, have barbecue and enjoy the peacefulnes of the place. The chalets are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gail for her help on our flat tyre... This was our first visit but surely not our last visit. We will also recommend your place to our friends and family. We also intend staying there for a longer period during our next visit. Your regular communication after our booking and before arrival also impressed me a lot

We stayed for two nights on our way from Pretoria to Cape Town. We are a family of 5. Our two boys 21 and 18, slept in the loft and a mattress was put down for our 8 year old daughter. The cottage was small but cosy and well equipped. No. 7 was also quite private. We took a lovely... More

A short stay during a visit in the Karoo, but really lovely and well organised. The staff was extremely helpfull, the accomodations perfect and teh braai pack prepared for us just right. A very good solution instead of an usual B&B

A great little Karoo bushveld stopover. We were a family group with adults and children aged between 3 and 13 years. Accommodation is basic and comfortable in wooden chalets. Braai facility was excellent, pool sparkling clean and very inviting after a long hot drive. As always the staff are super friendly and efficient. A cost effective and delightful stop -... More

Very Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings all you need for self catering basic cooling facilities in the room with bar fridge. Quiet and peaceful just remember wood and drinks. Kids enjoyed the open space and huge lawn. The loft as sleeping quarters is a good idea for older children.

Very well kept, comfortable lodge with well appointed rooms and beautiful grounds. The views are fantastic and the hospitality and staff very welcoming. Best suited for couples or families with small kids.
