We arrived just ahead of a big storm, and were nicely indoors by the light of paraffin lamps and a blazing dover stove by the time it hit. No electricity, no wifi, no mobile signal - bliss. What a perfect little treasure. I booked this accomodation initially due to the days 'kloofing' that we did here, which was fantastic and highly recommended. We opted to stay in one of the cottages but on a DB&B basis with Jurgen and Maraletta cooking all of our very delicious meals. The farm has no electricity and all of the water... More
