Drove to this resort from J'burg which took a couple of hours, stop at the Damn market on route to buy brilliant gifts for really cheap prices, everything from beautiful african carvings, to jewellery, tableclothes, toys and clothes. We later saw much the same around the Durban area for 4 times the price we got the gifts at the Damn.... more

Location is great, close to Sun City and the game Park. The rooms are quite dated and definitely need renovation. The black mould was everywhere in the bathroom. Wouldn't say the food in the restaurant was great, just average. Staff very nice. more

stayed 2 nights excursion from jo'burg with 13yr old sun was close to sun city without the tackiness whowever the hotel now charges a fee for shuttle. Surly and unhelpful reception staff. Drab and dirty rooms. Bland food and overpriced drinks. Would not stay there again. more

Complained at reception because from 4 People there ony one was attending a guest and we had to wait for check in. Complained because of the room because knowing that we have a baby we got a room on a level at least 20 stairs up. Complained about the very dirty and unhygienic baby bed the hotel provided us with.... more
