Absolutely disappointed. We stayed in the chalets. They were more like 2 sleepers not 4. Was very tiny. And "second bedroom" was a loft with steep stairs and not suitable for small children or for the elderly. Kitchen cupboards were broken. Fan didnt work. Only one pillow on the beds. I slept in the loft and hardly got any sleep... More

Great campsite wirh clean ablution blocks! Restaurant is basic, overall a little oldfashioned resort, but where can you see warthogs, zebra's, monkeys (watch your food!) and cobs walking over the campsite? Staff is friendly, every morning they clean the fireplaces (really needed to keep warm during the evenings). Great place for kids of every age, game drive in the adjacent... More

We stayed in one of the tents which was good for 1 night but too rustic for us for any longer. The door had a big gap at the top so all manner of bugs joined us for the night as soon as we turned the light on. The electricity wireing was dodgy too but the room was clean and... More

Spent 4 nights in Manyane chalets and the accommodation was totally overpriced and run-down. The kitchen cupboard door was broken and one of the handles broken off. The toilet leaked raw sewage and during our first night of stay the whole bathroom floor was covered with this. I reported the leaking toilet the first evening and again the next morning... More

Don't stay in the chalets, they are run down and need a lot of attention. Our chalet has a fan missing a blade, tv with no remote, only half the tv channels they advertise, curtain rail held on by Sellotape, cupboard falling off, dustbin broken, tear in the very old lounge couch upholstery, and when you want to complain they... I have been visiting the Pilansberg National Park for many years, and most of the time I camp at Manyane. I found the campsite seemed rather neglected - gone are the days (it seems) when the campsites are watered, even in winter. I spoke to a member of staff and they said that there's just a "lack of interest' from... More

We've been traveling to Manyane for a few years now and it is yet to disappoint. Great wildlife, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and well positioned campsites ensure a tranquil, magical experience. Long weekends can be a bit noisy and busy. The town around the corner plays loud music on Sunday nights until around 2am.

We enjoyed our stay in the Manyane Resort caravan park, but was dissapointed about the maintenace in the ablution blocks. It is clean, but only one of the 3 toilets worked. One of the bathrooms taps was out of the wall. One shower dripped the whole time and several taps at the basin was not working. This is such a... More

Booked a studio with dinner, bed and breakfast for 3 nights. On arrival was told that there was a problem and we would have to stay in a 4 sleeper for 2 nights and then move to the 2 sleeper for the 3rd night. I refused to unpack and pack is not my idea of a long weekend getaway. The... More

We recently spent the long Fathers Day weekend at Manyane. First off - what an absolute pleasure having such friendly staff all around! A super great "Well done". The main ablution blocks were very nicely maintained, however the smaller abultions were not in a great state - locks & handles missing off the shower & toilet, taps not working properly....... More
