I recently attended a Congress in St Lucia and had the pleasure of staying at Whalesong. It was very comfortable, oodles of hot water in the bathroom, breakfast was great and Collin & Colleen were really good hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. I'm just sorry I didn't have more time to explore St Lucia. I would recommend this... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback. We do like to be as eco-friendly as possible, so the water is solar heated. Perhaps on your next visit you will get the opportunity to explore our fabulous little village and its surrounds. More

We spent a fantastic two nights here. Colin was extremely helpful, providing us with a map of the area and a detailed description of what to see and where to eat in St. Lucia (and even our next stop, Hluhluwe) during our time there. Breakfast was delicious as well, particularly the muffins.

Colin and Coleen are good hosts. There is a relaxed professional feel to the place. Accomodation is very comfortable, mainly in garden units, with one pool view unit? The local knowledge of the hosts is of great value, and is shared very skilfully. Breakfast is a high quality and sociable start to each day. Local adventures can be booked through... More

Colin & Colleen are good hosts who are keen to make you feel really welcome. They have a great knowledge of St Lucia which they are keen to share. We only stayed one night but would return if back in the area as this is more like a Boutique Hotel than a B&B. A great location and base for exploring... More

We had a great stay with Colin and Colleen at Whalesong last month. They are very helpful, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast was awesome. The tip they gave about the boat tours via Shaka Barker was excellent as we had a great tour! The only downside was the monkeys jumping on the roof at 6am, but they could... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Those monkeys sure can be a nuisance and they are so cute, mischievous and very smart. More

During our South Africa round trip we spent 2 nights at this nice place. We had a warm welcome and the owners always have a look that their guest fell themselves well and comfortable. This place can be highly recommended.

This was one of the cleanest B&B's that we stayed at throughout our 3 weeks travelling in South Africa. Both Colin and Colleen were more than helpful in advising sights to see. Make sure you book the early evening Shaka boat tour while your there. Lovely pool in beautiful garden setting!

What a wonderful place to find in St Lucia. The owners Colin and Colleen really take pride in their superb establishment. Freshly baked bread and muffins compliment an excellent breakfast. The view from the verandah over the mature garden is stunning. On one of our evenings we witnessed a terrific storm that brought down their Lappa into the swimming pool,... More

Thank you for the fabulous feedback. Well, the lapa has now disappeared and several attempts have been made in an effort to save the water in the pool. Sadly, we are down to the last resort and will be draining the pool. More

Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful hosts. The guesthouse and garden are great, well maintained, and the breakfast is amazing. We had a great time, very relaxing with lots of tips where to go for dinner and what to see around St Lucia. Can only recommend staying here.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and loved the angle of your picture. We do not often see the garden from that perspective. More
