In general, we had a good stay. Parking was a problem, and we were frequently parked in having to find the owners of the blocking vehicles to enable us to get out. Rooms were clean but average and somewhat small. Breakfast was average and the coffee was really not good.

The room advertised is not what we received. Too expensive for the offering Definitely not 3 star. That should be investigated . The crockery&cutlery etc were terrible, not enough dishes for a self catering place. The stove top was rusty No dish cloths/ swabs to clean up No towels The roof leaked onto the one bed All vehicles had to park in the place designated for outdoor dining /braai area. Place is very tight The security chills in the reception area and does not patrol People were noisy and the security had to be told to shut them up. Not well managed.

It was convenient and very close to town which was easier for us to travel to town. We would like you to re organize your training space to cater for trainings as it was not our first time visiting your place for the same purpose. Thank you. We will definitely come again.

Pictures most definitely not as advertised. Way over priced for what you get. Did not enjoy our stay. PS: even though we have no control over load shedding. Steps should have been put in place to make our expensive 3 days better and that of the other guests.

Please don't book at this property , I arrived to check in and was then told by the receptionist that they don't have a reservation for me - I showed her all the documentation to prove that I booked certain dates, she then goes on to tell me that the chalet belongs to someone else even though its on their resort. She then proceeds to call someone on the phone and they speak in Zulu for a while she then hands me the phone and the lady on the other end tells me that she is not in the area to give me the keys . Here I am with 2 young kids first time in the area and I had no other better option . The manager of the resort then calls me and proceeds to be very rude like I was in the wrong and he is trying to help me - swears ,etc. . They then offer me another chalet not what I saw online and booked - it was filthy and the small was nauseating to say the least and says its this or nothing - i had booked a luxury chalet which costed much more that what they was giving me. i had to look for other accommodation , thankfully it was still early and we found a really nice place for much cheaper and which was much more better !! It was our 15 year wedding anniversary on the day and o promise this resort made our day the worst memory - Please don't trust this resort as what they sell online is completely not what you get when you get there !!!

The staff is very friendly, place has some sort of privacy but the manager is a bit rude. The toilet was not flushing in unit 19 and was told to use an outside toilet. Don't book breakfast its terrible, rather eat at the nearest Wimpy if you are not in the self catering units.

We had a pleasant stay but would have been better if the shower worked correctly. Cold tap has a severe problem. Makes lots of noise. Also need more than 4 plates a, cups and cutlery. Also no plugs and dish clothes etc

St Lucia Safari Lodge is the perfect place to stay for either an overnight stay or for a long term holiday with friends and family!! It is ideally situated within easy walking distance of all that St Lucia has to offer in restaurants and shops, wildlife and estuary. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms neat and clean and breakfast included in the bed and breakfast rooms is a win! Thank you to Debbie, the manager, and Phindile and Pretty for a wonderful 5 days :)

Our stay at the St Lucia Safari Lodge was pleasant. The rooms were neat and spacious. Nice pool and Braai facility. The staff were prompt in cleaning the rooms. Very secure and located on the main road making it a short walk into the town. Its a great budget holiday.

We had such a wonderful stay with my kids. A big sparkling pool for swimming, very close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and tidy too. We also had visit from the monkeys which we were not aware of, they had themselves one hell of a party in my kids chalets, but it was all fun! Just remember to properly close windows!
