From the moment you are greeted on arrival and until you leave the hosts are very warm and friendly. We have been staying here for over ten years and have always been made to feel at home. Breakfasts are great with a large variety of both hot and cold food. This is just a very nice place to relax and... More

My wife and I stayed here in early January for three nights. The friendliness of the welcome on arrival left us in no doubt about our decision to stay here. We had a lovely large bedroom with all the mod cons. Breakfast was a delight with a large array of hot and cold foods which could be taken inside or... More

People visiting St Lucia shouldn't doubt were to stay .. This is the place to be: extremely friendly hosts, always ready and available to answer your questions and needs ... When visiting the Isimangalisu wetlands national Park, they even prepare you a cooler box, snorkeling gear, etc.. They really think of everything .. Besides, the rooms are very nice and... More

Many thanks for letting us feel like at home. We were very well looked after, the beach towels, fresh fruits and the helpful advice from the owners were very much appreciated. The breakfast was the best we had during our trip! We can recommend this guest house!

We are a retired French couple from Canada (Montreal) and traveled South Africa during 2 months renting 31 different lodgings. This one was # 29. Very warm welcome from the owner. He offered us something to drink as we arrived; he gave us a lot of information concerning things to see and to do around. Beautiful house, room and bathroom... More

Three of us stayed here, myself, wife and daughter and it was one of the best guest houses we have stayed in during our 6 trips to South Africa. The en-suite rooms were very well thought out, clean towels and swimming towels every day, and serviced to a high standard. Breakfasts were superb with so much choice and the very... More

I stayed there again, for 8 nights and was not disappointed. So I can repeat my good evaluation from two years ago. Nothing has changed to the worse. That sounds bad, but what else can you say, when all you need is the love Hettie, Derick and now Colin are giving to their guests?

Thank you very much for both your reviews. We agree, passion for what you do makes all the difference, it also makes what you do so much easier. Sadly my folks will never know just how nice the fruit flavoured sweets you gave me where. ;-) Warm Regards, Colin & the Holman Clan. More

We stayed at St Lucia Wetlands gueshouse and can't recommend it highly enough. The place is spotless and the whole family could not do enough for us during our stay. Rooms are nice although our particular bathroom was pretty small and breakfasts were also really good. Also, really good value for money

Very helpful and obliging staff; clean and well-furnished bedroom with nice large bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was very dated and not too user-friendly . Overall a pleasant stay and good value.
