very upmarket, modern with quality furniture and fittings. the elephant lodge was spotless with all the crockery and equipment we needed. it was nice to still have enough dishes for the breakfast after a very late night sat beside the pool on a lovely evening! family from the UK were amazed at the amenities, especially the golf course for one... close to Hazyview and most attractions and a Mall. luxury thatched chalets with comfortable amenities. home to a golf course and its own Hippo Hide. friendly and welcoming staff. restaurant ,games room and pool to entertain. braai facilities are available at each chalet. we only spent a weekend with the kids purely to be closest to Kruger National Park.

We stayed for a full week and never got bored! The kids attended the weekend entertainment at the lodge and my daughter won a free micro light flight in a drawing competition (she is 7) - we each went for a flip over hazy view! Awesome! We visited the Kruger Park, Gods Window, Graskop, most of the waterfalls, an adventure... More

Took up a RCI mid week swop and stayed here for a couple of nights. We were placed in one of the river sider chalets, which was great. This was a three bedroom, three bathroom unit that was very well designed and fitted out. The lodge,as such, is also very nice and caters to the golfer and tourist alike. There... More

Rooms facilities very good, Natural surroundings near the river, and Golf Course well maintained. Poor restaurant service and quality of food. Pool facilities average No telephone connection with the reception. Paid WiFi didn't work at all.

We use the Kruger Lodge for 3 nights to allow us a place to visit the surrounding areas. The place we stayed in was amazing and really well equipped we could not really fault it at all. The shopping center is close by and there are great places to eat close by.

The whole site was beautiful, nice looking houses, beautiful landscape and some animals walking around like monkeys, ducks,... Outside it's all nice but the three bungalows we hired were very old-fashioned, it was quiet clean but the furniture and the devices were old.

The accomodation was clean and neat, although self catering they provide maid service, all u need to do is bring food, which can be purchased from the nearby pic n pay. The lodge has a restaurant though near the pool if u want to have breakfast lunch and dinner there, or cocktails. The staff are all excellent, very professional and... More

This is the third time we have stayed here although been a few years since our last visit. The grounds are outstanding. The accommodation is outstanding. As with before the food is poor. Had some calamari on our first day an it tasted like it had been warmed up. I mentioned it and nothing done or an apology made. I... More

We stayed 2 nights at this resort as part of a Land Tour in SA. Large 'cottages' with thatch roof, decking outside with BBQ and stream running past lodge. Restaurant area was nice but service was very slow. Think they are used to people self -catering. Large campus so it was necessary to get a lift back to lodge with... More
