Kruger Park Lodge is beautiful, with animals roaming around. The units are generally good and well mantained. The problem is with the Rapids Restaurant's quality of food. I ordered chicken wings and they were underkoocked badly. Better recepies of chicken wings can be found on the internet. But you can tell that the management of Kruger Park Lodge are not... More

This was one of the best holidays we've had! The grounds are very well kept, staff are always helpful and friendly and we love the wildlife and environment. The Rapids restaurant offers very good value for money meals with friendly and efficient staff. Food also taste great and can recommend their burgers and chips or toasted cheese for lunch. Will... We stayed in challet no 63. Rooms were nice and clean, everything was there that you needed. Staff at reception and even the staff working at the lodge very friendly. The food at the restaurant was not good at all. Did speak to Carol the kitchen manager but received no feed back from her. The coffee cups need to be replaced... More

My comments mirror other reviews. Very nice resort. Staff friendly. Good golf course with wildlife. The grounds are very very nice. Love watching hippo's at the HIPPO HIDE with a beer. The Wed night braai (BBQ) is nice. Lunch food good. Dinner food (lamb & fish) was unedible. Highly recommend "Pioneers Butcher & Grill" for dinner. Ate there 3 nts.... More

This was the 5th time we have stayed at KPL and we always enjoy our times there. The 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom chalet is ideal for 3 couples or a large family, they are well maintained and contain everything you would need for a self catering stay. The golf course is a good challenge with some amazing views of the... More

We spent three nights at the Kruger Park Lodge while exploring the Panorama Route. We had a lovely three bedroom, three bathroom chalet with it's own pool. Very secluded, from our deck we couldn't see another person or chalet. Terrific 9 hole golf course. Beautifully landscaped. Check in was slow and the staff didn't really seem very efficient. The restaurant... More

A well organized and manicured vacation resort that is a wonderful place to return to after visiting the beautiful natural scenery of the Mpumalanga area, including the Kruger National Park of South Africa. Thatched roof accommodation that is comfortable and deserves its star status. The staff are friendly and the resort is impeccably clean and well organized. It is beautiful... More

We stayed at Swagat Lodge, part of Kruger Park Lodge (outside the Kruger Park) in January 2014 for 4 nights. To begin with, Heeten Kalan, owner of the Swagat Lodge was very helpful, prompt, responsive and played a crucial role in shaping up our itinerary. He not merely rented us the chalet at Kruger Park Lodge, but also assisted us... More

We stayed at this place in April of 2008 for a week. The chalets are very comfortable. This place is ideally located for all your drives into southern part of Kruger. Also Blyde canyon is also conveniently located and the close by Cheetah rescue centre was the best attraction for us. The place itself has 100s of Springboks and hippos.... More
