Beautiful and quite location, very spacious, nicely decorated rooms and Margi and Philip are very friendly and helpful hosts. It's the perfect spot for a stop over in Hazyview (as we did on our way to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve) or as a location for tours to Kruger Park or Panorama Route. Highly recommended! more

Blue Jay Lodge is great! The rooms are confortable and charming with special treats. Margi and Philip are very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Better than the website described, the hosts were so helpful and friendly. Even when my partner was ill for some of our stay they were very helpful. the blue jay lodge became our favourite place to stay in the Hazyview surroundings. Fantastic clean and spacious rooms, superb service and a very kind host. Go out eating at the Butchers (ask Philip) and taste a fabulous steak. more
