We stayed in the 1 bedroom Chalet for two nights. The accommodation is fist class. We enjoyed a peaceful time. I can highly recommend this Lodge to Nature Lovers and people that look for a place to unwind from the normal day stress And a big thanks to the Manager Johann he is one of the most obliging persons I... If you want to relax and do some trout fishing, this is the place. We loved the cabins with the fireplace and the view over the dam. Will definitely return. Will unfortunately not recommend travelling there in a normal car, as the provincial dirt road is in very bad condition.

We stayed at Greystone Lodge for a very quite weekend away for some quality family time. We found exactly what we were looking for. Although the accommodation is very basic, you don't require more than this. Everything is very neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Chalets are very private and we could even take our little Yorkie... More

We stayed at Greystone Lodge for our 'country weekend getaway' and were not disappointed- the owner was really friendly, and helpful with regards to tips regarding fishing in the beautiful dam on the property (which was also well stocked). The chalets are really quaint and private, although a little basic with regards to amenities. Our chalet was thoughtfully located right... More

We were a party of six people who stayed here for a weekend. Lovely lodge, very quiet and ideal if you want to escape from the city for some peace and quiet. Our house had 3 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with two bathrooms and a lovely fireplace that was very welcome! This part of the country gets bitterly... More

We stayed in the 3 bedroom lodge for 3 nights. The manager is one of the most helpful and obliging I have met, nothing was too much trouble and he was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is first class and the setting is beautiful. We enjoyed peaceful walks, mountain biking, clay pigeon shooting and the... More

Took the whole family and stayed in the three bedroom chalet for a month. Great base for day trips to Blyde River Canyon area and for short trips to Kruger Park. The Lodge is on a large Private Nature Reserve in a beautiful area near the edge of the escarpment. Lots of birds and wildlife
