the hotel needs serious renovations and don`t understand why Tsogo sun is not taking note of such. The bathroom needs make over and a guest should be able to seek a room with a proper shower. I had difficulty standing on the bath/shower as there was no gripping mat for me in case I slip. I phoned reception to ask... More

Comfortable accommodation in the CBD of Polokwane. Parking is limited though but additional parking space is provided across the road from the Hotel. Provides a central access point to businesses around town.

The hotel is clean and well kept. I just wish they attend to plumbing in room 125. The taps and tiles need attention. Parking is great and safe. Breakfast is a bit limited in choice compared to Garden Court Milpark.

The reception staff is very curteous. Nice breakfast. The TVs in the room are upgraded and walls repainted which is an improvement from my last stay there. The airconditioning is old and need to be upgraded. The wall plugs next to the bed were not properly screwed in and wires were exposed. The water when showering was hot and cold.... More

Perfect place to rest if you are travelling or staying around Polokwane for business and or other matters. Service has improved, friendly staff and good quality food. Rooms open with a lovely garden view

Hotel needs a further facelift and/or refurbishment. Bath was obviously recently re-enameled and new air cons recently installed, but other things need addressing (e.g. back of bathroom door was peeling off from the bottom and bath taps look old). Furnishing also outdated and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, room was comfortable enough and staff professional! Hotel well located as well... More

The hotel is good, but the bathrooms and Wardrobes needs a revamp. There was also no beer glasses and teaspoons, had to use plastic teaspoons. Otherwise my overall experience was great, the staff is great and wonderful. I would definitely comeback if my concerns are considered

The Garden Court Polokwane needs some serious upgrading, considering that there is a lot of competition in Polokwane with regards to accommodation. The room was a non smoking room but it had a cigarette smell. There was a machine placed in my room to absorb the smell but it did not help. At the bar the first two drink options... More

The hotel is generally clean, the room service takes two hours instead of the promise of only 40mihutes. The food was generally okay. The service at breakfast could b a lot better though. Generally not a great experience but an average experience.

My worst hotel experience so far. The bathroom had a tub with stains on it (water mark) and the towels were off white. Luckily it was only one night and I didn't mind not using the bathroom until I got back to Jo'burg.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Firstly I would like express my apology for the inconvenience caused. We have an enameling programme in place and next week the team will check those that are of concern and ensure that all the bath tubs are up to standard. More
